Now Reading - The Eyes of the Dragon

I didn’t finish a book today. I started a Stephen King book, The Eyes of the Dragon. Unfortunately there wasn’t any summary to read just a picture of King on the back and a picture of a lizard’s eye on the front. The illustrations by David Palladini are beautiful. I bet they were done with ink. I’m a little disappointed with the overall typography of the book. The awkward font might make it hard to read the book. We’ll see.

Reading - Inseparable Ann Major

I tend to read everything I can get my hands on. It’s annoying and exciting and just leaves me feeling perverse because I can never get my fill of good books. Today I read a terrible book about two twins growing up and [loving] the same man. It had no semi-informative beginning, a lacking midsection, and a round ass. I mean, ending. I'd say that the last 25% was a beauty that'd I'd take to bed with me. I mean, of course we were in bed together. I glossed about every other flashback and the “but she was so confused. However could this be happening to her.” But, don’t take my word for it. You might love this book. Here’s the preview taken from the authors website:
Inseparable
The secrets Mike Greywolf kept locked inside were tearing him apart--and they all had to do with the Shayne twins, the alluring, identical sisters who had betrayed him...and left him with Lilly, his beloved, rebellious daughter. Which twin was Lilly's mother? Was it Kara Shayne, glamorous, reclusive film star? Or the equally enigmatic Emma, celebrated author? He'd been in love with Emma--and wound up in bed with Kara. When Emma returns, Mike finds himself being lured back under the sisters' spell. With Kara reportedly murdered and Emma somehow involved, Mike realizes that the Shayne twins are more entwined--and inseparable--than he ever imagined. Would involvement with them mean an unlocking of his heart...or his own destruction?
Here’s a link to a real review of the book.

apple

Midnight hour approaches
Without missing a tile and
Not stopping to smell the
Smells of the sweet grass
Midnight hour approaches
With a large sparkling apple
One bite and I’m lost
Until morning finds me
